These Terms of Service govern your use of the zirvon.ca website and any services booked with Zirvon Cleaning Services Inc. (“Zirvon”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Zirvon provides cleaning and maintenance services to residential, condo, commercial, and development clients across Ontario, as described on our Services pages. Specific scope, pricing, and scheduling for each engagement are confirmed directly with the client following a quote request.
Bookings & Quotes
Submitting a quote request or booking form does not guarantee availability. Zirvon will confirm scheduling, pricing, and service details directly with you before any work begins. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with a completed service, contact us within a reasonable time and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge, consistent with our satisfaction guarantee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as early as possible. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed as part of your service agreement.
Liability & Insurance
Zirvon is WSIB registered and fully insured with $2,000,000 in commercial general liability coverage. Our liability for any service is limited to the value of the service performed, except where limitation is not permitted by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
